B2B Ecommerce sales topped $2.3 Trillion in 2024, according to eMarketer, with marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay contributing significantly to this total.
At the same time, a recent Enceiba study found that B2B brands have little control of their digital channels. A whopping 70% of manufacturers indicated they do not know who all of the resellers are that offer their products on marketplaces. This situation generates price erosion, negative brand impacts, and conflict with traditional selling channels.
With the majority of B2B buyers now digitally native Millennials, B2B companies have a mandate to gain control of their brands across these now-pervasive digital channels. Time to do something about it!
